The MoU, signed by Phenix Center Director Ahmed Awad and WANA Institute Director General Dr. Majd Al-Naber on Monday, November 25, 2024, will enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two institutions in areas of joint work, especially those related to the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as areas related to women's empowerment, climate change, sustainable development, environment and human security, social protection, and inclusive justice.
The memorandum aims to strengthen and consolidate the horizons of joint research and scientific cooperation in the field of human rights and human security in general and the rights of persons with disabilities in particular, and to achieve real change towards the issues of the most vulnerable groups in society.
