Labor Watch - The Board of Trustees of Yarmouk University has approved the demands of the teaching staff to return the proportion of the proceeds of the parallel program as before.
The Vice President of Yarmouk University, Dr. Anis Al-Khasawneh, said that the decision will not affect the financial dues of administrators and teachers and will be disbursed by 48.5% as before.
Al Khasawneh confirmed that the decision of the Board of Trustees is effective as of today.
Dozens of faculty members at the university began an open sit-in on Monday to protest against a reduction in their allocations from the proceeds of the parallel education program.
