Labor Watch - The Jordanian Teachers Syndicate has announced the implementation of a partial strike on Tuesday morning in all the Kingdom's schools for morning and full-time students for the evening, calling on its members to fully comply with the strike called "Dignity Strike".
The Syndicate demanded its employees in a letter addressed to its branches on 2018/11/21 not to deal with the annual reports and fill them, because of the blatant violation of the agreement between the Syndicate and the government in this regard.
She stressed in a statement on Monday that the strike is to obtain rights, not an aim or an absurd act, and it pointed out that obtaining the decisions and news must be just through the official website of the syndicate and avoid the random decisions and rumors while some may distort the image of the strike or underestimate the teachers and their mission.
It explained in its statement the mechanism of implementing the strike by abstaining from entering the classroom or participating in any school activity or attending courses or others, while teachers continue to stay in the schools until the end of the fifth class.
The Syndicate called on the teachers in the field to explain the cause of the strike to students and members of society and to act wisely with any problem can be exposed by any community or security authorities, and ensure the safe entry and exit of students in addition to inform the parents to take appropriate action on the safety of their children.
