Labor Watch - A large number of public sector employees who are included in civil retirement demanded to equalize them with their colleagues who are included in the social security retirement in terms of bonuses, rewards and upon retirement from their work.
In a letter to Prime Minister Dr. Omar al-Razzaz, the staff confirmed that "the 16,000 of the employees and retirees of the civil retirement system did not receive their rights compared to the social security retirees, especially under the privileges granted to workers and pensioners on social security retirement system and their obtaining of all rights and number of years of the service".
They added that the government should study the calculation of half of the bonuses and rewards upon retirement or included them in the social security retirement system and end their suffering.
