Labor Watch - On Sunday, 2018/7/8, technical workers will hold a sit-in in front of the Ministry of Labor demanding for employment opportunities for them in the large projects that implemented by foreign companies.
The representative of the protesters Hossam Zoubi, "The large projects are open and implementing by foreign companies, where some of them brought workers from outside the country, which lead to the unemployment of nearly 400 technical workers".
The protesters also demand to take into account the nature and seriousness of the work in paying the salaries, because salaries paid to workers exceed the minimum wage slightly.
